processing of strong-motion time series: time-grid
regularisation, STFT-window and anti-alias-resampling strategy
selection, edge tapering, and frequency-domain integration and
differentiation, mapping a single input (acceleration,
velocity, or displacement) to a consistent triplet under a
chosen analysis bandwidth. Also provides
intrinsic-mode-function decomposition via empirical mode
decomposition (EMD), ensemble EMD (EEMD), and variational mode
decomposition (VMD) with optional band-rule filtering; elastic
single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) response spectra
(pseudo-spectral acceleration, velocity, and displacement) by
exact state-space integration; intensity measures including
peak, root-mean-square (RMS), Arias intensity,
significant-duration, cumulative absolute velocity, mean
period, and the derived indices earthquake destructiveness
potential (EPI) and power-of-input (PDI); and D50 and D100
horizontal response spectra. Methods: Huang et al. (1998)
<doi:10.1098/rspa.1998.0193>, Wu and Huang (2009)
<doi:10.1142/S1793536909000047>, Dragomiretskiy and Zosso
(2014) <doi:10.1109/TSP.2013.2288675>, Boore (2010)
<doi:10.1785/0120090179>. An optional indexing layer parses
provider files in formats including 'PEER' 'NGA-West2' 'AT2',
'CESMD' 'V2'/'V2c', 'NWZ' 'V2A', Geological Survey of Canada
'TR', 'IGP'/'UCR' 'AC' variants, and generic two-column ASCII
text, normalises components, writes per-record CSV
(comma-separated values) and JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
pairs, and assembles a master record table.

<r:package>gmsp</r:package><r:version>0.4.6</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://averrik.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/cran/gmsp</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>database.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>database.html</r:filename><r:title>Database / indexing layer</r:title><r:created>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>spectra.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>spectra.html</r:filename><r:title>Elastic SDOF response spectra: TSL2PS</r:title><r:created>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>gmsp-quickstart.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>gmsp-quickstart.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting started with gmsp</r:title><r:created>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>imfs.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>imfs.html</r:filename><r:title>IMF decomposition: TS2IMF (EMD / EEMD / VMD)</r:title><r:created>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>intensity-measures.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>intensity-measures.html</r:filename><r:title>Intensity measures: TSL2IM / getIntensity</r:title><r:created>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>signal-processing.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>signal-processing.html</r:filename><r:title>Signal processing: AT2TS / VT2TS / DT2TS</r:title><r:created>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-18 13:44:30</r:modified></r:article>

[averrik] newmark 1.1.0

Implements a four-stage pipeline for probabilistic seismic
performance analysis of slopes and embankments. The package
takes a uniform-hazard spectrum at multiple return periods as
input (any source) and produces: (1) synthetic soil profile
generation and fundamental period estimation from USCS
classification via Ishihara's small-strain shear-modulus model
and the inhomogeneous truncated shear-beam theory of Gazetas
and Dakoulas; (2) nonlinear site amplification using the Seyhan
& Stewart (2014) model <doi:10.1193/063013EQS181M>, with
inter-period correlation via Baker & Jayaram (2008)
<doi:10.1193/1.2857544>; (3) Monte Carlo ensemble of six
empirical Newmark sliding-block displacement models (Ambraseys
& Menu (1988) <doi:10.1002/eqe.4290160704>, Jibson (2007)

(2017) <doi:10.1016/j.soildyn.2017.05.024>, and the Bray and
Macedo shallow-crustal update) with coherent correlated draws;
(4) log-log inversion to the performance-based seismic
coefficient kmax at user-specified displacement targets. All
outputs are 'data.table' objects.

<r:package>newmark</r:package><r:version>1.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://averrik.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/cran/newmark</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>dynamic-site-response.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>dynamic-site-response.html</r:filename><r:title>Dynamic site response: fundamental period and stiffness profile</r:title><r:created>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>pipeline.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>pipeline.html</r:filename><r:title>Full pipeline overview</r:title><r:created>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>newmark-quickstart.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>newmark-quickstart.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting started with newmark</r:title><r:created>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>ensemble-formulation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>ensemble-formulation.html</r:filename><r:title>Newmark ensemble formulation</r:title><r:created>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-19 08:42:04</r:modified></r:article>
